Exning Residence is my favorite property in Newmarket. It's a great base for traveling to Newmarket and exploring nearby places. - the location is fantastic, being close to a garden, Newmarket town center, and local taxis, making it a convenient choice.

The location was particularly good because it was so close to local taxis as well as Newmarket town centre. Came to visit All Saints Church, based just a short walk away from the hotel.

The room was perfectly clean with a bedroom and a shared kitchen, the staff were helpful and welcoming, and the location was ideal for exploring the area.

I recently stayed at Exning Residence for a weekend getaway. The hosts, Ray, Steve, and Elaine, were incredibly welcoming and made us feel like part of the family. They even offered to pick us up and drop us off at our destinations. The accommodations were spotless and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed. The room was spacious, and the fully equipped kitchen was a great convenience. Plus, there is an Aldi conveniently located across the road for grocery shopping. Fred, the owner, was friendly and his priority was ensuring our stay was enjoyable. I will definitely be returning.

The accommodation was clean and had plenty of amenities. the hot water supply was great and there was a wide variety of TV channels, including Prime. the location was convenient, with the town center just a short distance away and the Newmarket races only a few miles away. the owner was accommodating and allowed us to check-in earlier than expected.

The room had a few missing items, such as bedside tables on both sides of the bed and bedside lamps. the doors were stiff and had to be slammed shut, which was noisy and disturbed others.

He even allowed us to check in earlier and personally met us at the property. The location was also great, just 0.6 miles from the town center and 3 miles from the Newmarket races. a fantastic experience!
